When will my order be delivered?

We aim to get your order to you within 3-5 working days. As always this time scale is dependant to time of year, stock levels, order volume.

What is your return policy?

Items can be returned for a full refund if they do not match the product description within 14 days of purchased. All products purchased must be in pristine and unused condition. Twiggly Children's books are not responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Digital products cannot be return for a refund, purchase is final.

Who delivers for Twiggly?

At Twiggly we use a range of delivery providers, we may use different providers depending to costs and reliability.

Where is Twiggly based?

Twiggly was founded and is based in West Yorkshire, the heart of the UK.

What age range are Twiggly books for?
Twiggly books are designed for children aged 4–8, with engaging illustrations and language that grows with your child.

Will Twiggly make books for young or older ages?

We may also have books for younger or older ages in production, keep an eye on our product pages for more titles.

Does Twiggly support environmental causes?
Twiggly was created with a strong focus on nature, education, and positive impact. Our aim is to inspire the next generation to care for and protect the planet.

What is Greenboy and the Plastic Planet about?
It follows Ellis, an ordinary boy who becomes Greenboy — nature’s original superhero — as he discovers pollution, explores the world, and learns not just grown ups can be superheroes!

Who created Greenboy?
Greenboy was created by Elliot Barr, an author-illustrator, father of four, and nature enthusiast based in West Yorkshire.

Why did you create Twiggly?
Life changing events inspired the creation of Twiggly. It was born from a desire to inspire children to protect nature because they are the future of it.

Are books available as an eBooks?
eBook editions are coming soon

Do you offer signed copies?
Yes but signed copies are subject to availability. Check our product pages for availability.

Are the illustrations original?
Yes. All illustrations are hand-created by the author, making each book truly unique. We are dedicated to producing hand drawn illustrations, nothing digital.
